How it works
Self-heating meal technology that's been perfected in Japan for decades. No electricity, no microwave, no open flame, just hot food in 12 minutes.
Watch how NodoBox works: fill, activate, wait 12 minutes, and enjoy a hot meal anywhere. No infrastructure, no compromise.
Fill with your meal
Start with an empty NodoBox container. Fill the 3-compartment design with your prepared meal proteins, grains, vegetables, or whatever your menu requires. The kraft paper bowl is food-safe and holds up to 750ml.
Pull the activation cord
When you're ready to eat, simply pull the cord on the heating element. This triggers an exothermic chemical reaction that generates controlled heat instantly no batteries, no power source, no waiting for equipment to warm up.
Wait 12 minutes
The heating element generates steam that evenly warms your meal to 65°C in approximately 12 minutes. The insulated container retains heat efficiently, keeping your food warm for 30-40 minutes after heating completes.
Enjoy anywhere
Your meal is ready. Hot, fresh, and ready to eat whether you're on a construction site, at an outdoor event, in a corporate meeting room, or anywhere else without traditional kitchen access. No cleanup, no infrastructure, no compromise on quality.
The science behind it
Proven exothermic heating technology, refined over decades of use in Japan and now available for European B2B applications.
Exothermic reaction
The heating element uses a controlled chemical reaction between calcium oxide and water to generate heat. This process is safe, tested, and CE-certified for food contact.
Precise temperature
Heats contents to exactly 65°C the ideal serving temperature for hot meals. Not hot enough to burn, but warm enough to deliver the full experience of a freshly cooked dish.
Sustainable design
Biodegradable kraft paper container, recyclable PET lid, and heating byproducts that can be safely disposed of as general waste. No environmental compromise.
